Can wheels be fitted to the planter?

Yes, wheels can be fitted to the planter for easy mobility. We supply sturdy caster wheels suitable for outdoor use. Secure them to the bottom corners of the planter. We accept returns on unused, undamaged planters within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders are non-refundable.The customer will be responsible for shipping costs incurred for the return. Please read our refund policy for more detail if required.

Why areTimber Roots planters 24" wide and not 18" wide like most competitors?

Timber Roots planters are 24" wide to provide 33.3% more growing area compared to the standard 18" planters that most competitors offer. This wider design helps promote healthier plant growth by offering more space for roots to spread out, leading to better drainage and air circulation. However, if you prefer an 18" wide planter, we can accommodate that request—please contact us directly!

Can more tha one gift card be used?

Yes! You can use up to five gift cards in a single purchase. Simply enter each gift card code one at a time during checkout. Any remaining balance will stay on the last gift card you use.
